Thank you for shopping with Glow with Haya Cosmetics! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 3-6 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We currently ship via PostEx. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at glowwithhayainfo@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at glowwithhayainfo@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.

8. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages depending on stock location and courier logistics. You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments.
